These Terms govern your use of Cleaning-Chicks.com, your request for a quote, your booking or approval of cleaning services, your receipt of services, your submission of website forms, and your participation in Cleaning Chicks LLC text messaging programs. By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, approving a quote, submitting a form, opting into SMS/text messages, or allowing us to perform services, you agree to these Terms.
A written quote, invoice, estimate, statement of work, booking confirmation, recurring service agreement, commercial agreement, or other signed or approved service document may include additional or more specific terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific written service document controls for that service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Cleaning Chicks LLC (“Cleaning Chicks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, apartment turnover cleaning, short-term rental/Airbnb turnover cleaning, construction and post-construction cleaning, clubhouse/common-area cleaning, and light commercial cleaning services.
We serve Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Eagle, Star, Horseshoe Bend, Emmett, Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, and surrounding Treasure Valley, Ada County, and Canyon County service areas. Service availability depends on schedule, location, staffing, property condition, safe access, requested scope, and an approved quote or booking.
All prices, estimates, and quotes are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if property size, room count, occupancy status, soil level, clutter, trash, pet hair, construction dust, residue, hard water buildup, odor, access limitations, special requests, timing, or other conditions differ from the information provided when the quote was prepared.
Add-on services, excessive-condition cleaning, rush service, extended mileage, specialty cleaning, recurring-service changes, and custom commercial, construction, apartment community, or common-area work may be quoted separately. We are responsible only for the scope we approve in writing. We do not guarantee landlord approval, security deposit outcomes, property sale outcomes, short-term rental guest reviews, contractor punch-list approval, or inspection outcomes.
Customers are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the property, including parking, gate codes, lockbox instructions, building access, unit access, alarm instructions, utility access, and accurate service details. Customers must provide working water, power, lighting, and reasonable climate conditions needed to safely complete the service.
Appointments are subject to availability and may be adjusted because of weather, emergency conditions, staffing, road conditions, unsafe conditions, prior job delays, or circumstances outside our control. If we cannot access the property or cannot safely perform the service, cancellation, rescheduling, lockout, trip, or other applicable fees may apply.
Before we arrive, customers should secure valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, medication, confidential documents, fragile items, collectibles, heirlooms, loose items, unstable items, and personal items. Customers should also secure pets, identify sensitive surfaces or damaged areas, disclose known hazards, and remove or identify items that should not be touched.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, unstable furniture, improperly mounted fixtures, loose surfaces, unsecured items, hidden defects, fragile items not disclosed to us, items left in areas requiring cleaning, or damage caused by conditions outside our control. We do not move heavy furniture, appliances, or unusually heavy items unless specifically agreed in writing and only when it is safe to do so.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, Cleaning Chicks LLC provides interior cleaning services only. We do not provide lawn care, landscaping, exterior pressure washing, roof cleaning, exterior building cleaning, exterior window cleaning requiring ladder work, pest remediation, mold remediation, hoarding cleanup, biohazard remediation, bloodborne pathogen cleanup, hazardous waste removal, animal or human waste cleanup, drug or needle cleanup, restoration work, maintenance, repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving services, or junk hauling.
We clean interior windows and elevated areas only when they are safely reachable. For safety reasons, we do not use ladders. A small step stool or extension pole may be used when appropriate and safe. Generally, we do not clean surfaces higher than approximately 12 feet above floor level. If higher access or specialty work is required, the customer should coordinate with a qualified specialty contractor.
Cleaning results may vary. We cannot guarantee full removal of permanent stains, hard water etching, rust, paint overspray, adhesive, caulk, silicone, grout haze, dye transfer, smoke residue, pet odor, mildew staining, old buildup, damaged finishes, or conditions requiring repair, replacement, remediation, or specialty restoration.
Construction and post-construction cleaning may include rough clean, final clean, touch-up clean, surface dust removal, debris wipe-down, residue cleanup, fingerprints, labels, tape marks, cabinet dust, floor dust, interior glass dust, fixture detailing, and final presentation tasks stated in the approved quote.
Construction cleanup does not include contractor punch-list repairs, paint touch-ups, adhesive removal beyond normal cleaning, caulk or grout correction, removal of hazardous materials, heavy debris hauling, disposal of construction waste, specialty restoration, or contractor quality-control work unless separately agreed in writing. Construction dust may settle after service, especially while HVAC, airflow, or active construction continues.
Payment terms will be stated on the quote, invoice, service agreement, or booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, Venmo, debit card, credit card, or other approved payment methods. Commercial clients may qualify for approved invoicing arrangements.
Deposits, prepayment, or a card on file may be required for new customers, rush appointments, construction cleanup, move-out cleaning, one-time projects, large projects, commercial work, or other jobs at our discretion. By providing a payment method, customers authorize Cleaning Chicks LLC or its payment processor to charge approved services, deposits, fees, balances, and applicable taxes or processing charges disclosed to the customer.
Returned checks, chargebacks, declined payments, late payments, collection costs, and processing fees may be charged where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer. Service may be paused, cancelled, or rescheduled if balances are past due or payment cannot be processed.
Cleaning Chicks LLC may charge cancellation, rescheduling, lockout, trip, rush, extended mileage, or travel fees when a customer cancels late, reschedules late, fails to provide access, requests urgent or expedited service, requests service outside normal availability, or is located outside the primary service area.
Rush service is subject to availability and may include a rush fee. A $100 rush service fee may apply for same-day service, next-day service, weekend service, holiday service, or expedited scheduling requests unless a different fee is disclosed in writing. Properties outside our standard service area may be subject to additional travel or mileage charges, which should be disclosed before work begins when applicable.
We want customers to be happy with the service. If there is a concern with completed work, the customer should notify Cleaning Chicks LLC within 24 hours after service completion and provide photos or a clear description of the missed area. When appropriate, we may offer a re-clean of the specific missed area within the original approved scope.
Re-clean requests do not apply to new messes, additional work not included in the original quote, areas we could not access, unsafe areas, pre-existing conditions, permanent staining, normal wear and tear, conditions outside the approved scope, or work altered by other people, pets, contractors, guests, tenants, or occupants after service completion. Unless required by law or agreed in writing, a targeted re-clean is the primary remedy for a verified missed area.
For service documentation, quality control, proof of completion, apartment turnover support, move-out billing support, short-term rental support, customer communication, and property condition records, Cleaning Chicks LLC may take before-and-after photos, completion photos, notes, and service documentation.
Pending Punch Items Reports are courtesy observations that may identify visible maintenance issues, missed maintenance items, access issues, damage, excessive conditions, or items outside the cleaning scope. These reports are not licensed property inspections, legal opinions, repair estimates, code inspections, mold inspections, safety certifications, or contractor punch-list approvals. We will not intentionally publish customer-identifying photos for marketing without permission.
Customers must report any claimed damage, breakage, or service-related issue within 24 hours after service completion and provide photos, a description, and relevant documentation. Cleaning Chicks LLC may inspect the item or area before resolving a claim.
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, improperly installed items, unsecured items, unstable furniture, fragile surfaces, manufacturer defects, hidden defects, deteriorated caulk or grout, failing finishes, loose fixtures, items moved or handled at the customer’s request, or damage caused by conditions outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cleaning Chicks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost rent, lost bookings, lost revenue, lost use, lost reviews, landlord disputes, security deposit disputes, or similar losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may refuse, pause, reschedule, or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, hostile, hazardous, materially different from the quote, inaccessible, or outside the approved scope. Examples include aggressive animals, unsafe occupants, active pests, bodily fluids, needles, drugs, weapons, exposed wiring, mold, excessive heat or cold, no utilities, active construction hazards, structural hazards, harassment, threats, or any condition that places our team at risk.
If we must stop or reschedule because of unsafe or materially different conditions, the customer may be responsible for completed work, trip fees, lockout fees, rescheduling fees, or additional charges for the revised scope.

Marketing SMS consent and non-marketing/service SMS consent may be collected separately so you can choose one, both, or neither.
Consent is optional. SMS consent is optional and is not required as a condition of purchasing cleaning services. You may request services without agreeing to receive marketing text messages. Consent checkboxes should not be pre-selected, and form submission should not require marketing SMS consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Other communications after opt-out. If you opt out of SMS, we may still contact you through non-SMS channels, such as phone or email, regarding active quotes, scheduled services, invoices, customer support, or other communications permitted by law.
Promotions, discounts, price-match offers, referral rewards, recurring-service discounts, apartment community offers, commercial referral incentives, and seasonal offers are subject to the terms stated with the offer, availability, approved scope, service area, and customer account status. Cleaning Chicks LLC may modify or discontinue offers at any time unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.
Referral rewards, discounts, and account credits are not cash unless expressly stated. We may deny or reverse a discount, referral reward, or promotion if the qualifying service is cancelled, unpaid, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or not completed.
Customers may communicate with us through the website, forms, phone, email, text message, chat widgets, booking tools, payment tools, or other approved channels. By submitting information electronically, customers represent that the information is accurate and that they have authority to request services for the property. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date.
