We work with homeowners, renters, property managers, apartment communities, investors, real estate professionals, and business owners.
Yes. We provide turnover cleaning services for Airbnb, VRBO, furnished rentals, and short-term rental properties. Services may include cleaning between guest stays, linen changes, restocking client-provided supplies, property condition reporting, and photo documentation when requested. Recurring service plans are available.
Yes. We offer rough clean, final clean, and touch-up cleaning services for construction and renovation projects. Construction cleaning may include dust removal, sticker and residue removal, surface cleaning, interior window cleaning, fixture detailing, and final presentation cleaning. Pricing is based on project scope, square footage, condition, and timeline requirements.
For move-out cleans, apartment turnovers, and property management clients, we can provide a Pending Punch Items Report. This report identifies visible maintenance or condition items observed during the cleaning process, such as damaged fixtures, missing items, wall damage, burned-out light bulbs, plumbing concerns, appliance issues, and other noticeable maintenance deficiencies. This report is intended as a courtesy observation tool and does not replace a licensed property inspection.
Yes. For move-out cleans, apartment turnovers, rental properties, and property management clients, before and after photographs can be provided upon request. These photos may assist property owners and managers with documentation related to tenant move-outs and property condition records. Clients should consult legal counsel regarding specific compliance requirements under Idaho landlord-tenant laws.
Yes, when scheduling permits. A Rush Service Fee of $100 may apply for same-day service, next-day service, weekend service, holiday service, or expedited scheduling requests. Availability is not guaranteed.
Most properties within our standard service area do not incur travel fees. Properties located outside our primary service area may be subject to an additional travel or mileage charge. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before work begins.
Yes. Discounted pricing may be available for weekly service, bi-weekly service, monthly service, apartment communities, property management companies, commercial contracts, and long-term service agreements. Custom pricing is available based on service frequency and contract length.
Yes. Residents of participating apartment communities may qualify for preferred pricing on occupied residential cleaning services through our Apartment Community Partner Program. Contact us to determine if your community participates.
We currently accept cash, check, Venmo, debit cards, and credit cards. Commercial clients may qualify for approved invoicing arrangements.
Our services focus on interior cleaning. Examples include kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, clubhouses, and common areas. We do not currently provide lawn care, landscaping, exterior pressure washing, roof cleaning, exterior building cleaning, or exterior window cleaning requiring ladder work.
Yes, interior window cleaning is available. Exterior window cleaning may be limited based on accessibility and safety requirements.
Yes. For safety reasons we do not use ladders. We utilize extension poles whenever possible and small step stools may be used when appropriate. Generally, we do not clean surfaces higher than approximately 12 feet above floor level. If higher access is required, clients should coordinate with a qualified specialty contractor.
Yes. Residential referrals: refer a new customer, they receive $25 off their first cleaning, and you receive a $25 account credit after their first completed and paid service. Commercial referrals: earn up to $100 for qualified commercial contracts that become active customers. Property Manager and Realtor partners may have special referral incentives available. Contact us for current program details.
